Headshots as strong as your handshake.
If you want to cultivate connection online, a professional headshot is no longer optional.
what you have:
A disjointed, mix-and-don't-match collection of headshots, most of which look like they were taken at the DMV and none of which look "on-brand."
what you need
A corporate headshot photographer who works with you to create consistent, casual, and relatable professional headshots that capture each employees expertise and confidence.

point of view
We believe a professional headshot is the cornerstone to cultivating connection online.
what we do
Modern and inviting corporate headshots that capture the spirit of your team and feel like the heartbeat of your brand.
Aka: professional portraits you proudly share on your company's website and that employees want to use on LinkedIn.
our process
Every part of our headshot process is designed to make your employees the hero of your business (because, they are).
Start with strategy.
One that defines your headshots as a brand asset; accounts for individuals of all shapes, colors and sizes; and allows for your headshot collection to grow without compromising visual cohesion.
Simplify the process.
Let's all acknowledge that having your corporate headshot taken is an exercise in courage and vulnerability. Our approach invites calm in the place of chaos and confidence in the place of uncertainty.
Celebrate each person.
I help marketing leaders make sure picture day feels more like a company party than an exercise in corporate marketing.
Shape company culture.
Corporate headshots do more than put a face to a name. A well-executed headshot experience like the one we provide at WorkLife Studios can be a catalyst for creating a people-first workplace culture where every person at every level is recognized and valued.

how we’re different
Most corporate headshot photographers emphasize volume.
We emphasize value.
Our corporate headshot sessions are intentionally designed so that each person has the space and time to review their images on-site, make adjustments, and communicate their retouching preferences.

My work bears witness to the significance within each one of us.
More specifically, I am with you and for you; I celebrate your wins, not my numbers; and I am a champion of moving forward — together.
If there is one thing I want everyone to experience from their work with me, it's this:

Your work matters. You matter more.
meet your photographer
When we meet in IRL, you'll first notice that I am professional, attentive, and appreciative of a good pun.

And, if we decide to partner on a project together, you'll immediately recognize my love for systems, simplification, purpose and process — all under-girded by a strong belief that this project together is just the beginning.

Making Corporate, Captivating
We make it easy to build an evergreen library of images that capture who you, what you do, and how you serve.

Where are you located? Do you have a studio?Sarah, our founder, is based in Mason, Ohio, with the rest of the team located throughout the greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio region. While most of our meetings and shoots occur on location, we also have an office at CoHatch, Mason with studio space available, as needed.

How long does your process take? When should we reach out?Our comprehensive and strategic process for stand-alone brand photography generally takes 2-3 months from initial contact to receipt of final images. Corporate headshots can be booked and reserved within a month. For verbal and visual content aimed at a new website, we suggest a six-month lead time.
-
We need a new website. Can you help?WorkLife Studios helps businesses and brands with premium verbal and visual content designed specifically for a new (or refreshed) website. Our work sets you – and your web designer or developer of choice – up for success and our collaborative process means we work with you in the early stages of a new website to ensure a successful launch.
